validate form problem

I have made a form with many checkboxes. I want the customer to check one, two
or all, but at least one.
I have bought Validate Form-extension for DreamweaverMX from Robert Kara and
"You didn' t make a choice!" and then it sends the form without waiting.
What do I do wrong??? Here you can see my form and try it out (it's not
sending yet):
