slideshow too slow any ideas - newbie |

Got an annoying problem with the FlevOOware trans slide show extension
that I've used being a complete newbie and all - but for some reason
when the slideshow first loads the images seem to take forever to
start the fade in/out to the next image - it gradually speeds up as it
works through the slides and works fine once it's run through them
all.

Is there a way that I can get the slideshow to start as soon as the
page loads so as not to keep viewer's twiddling their thumbs! I've
preloaded the images but it doesn't seem to make much difference - any
help would be lapped up, thank you - patrick,
