scaling flash file in nested table structure

I've got a simple, two column table that I'm inserting a flash file into, and
I'm trying to get the flash to scale with the browser. If I set the width and
height attribute to 100%, the flash doesn't appear at all in IE 6 PC. The page
acts appropriately on IE mac... anyone know a solution?
