send mail

I have a form that when submitted enters the data into an access table. There are two columns "message" and "Date Sent". Anyway, I
would also like to make it so that when the form is submitted it is also emailed using jmail with a subject of "update". That part
is easy but here's the tricky part I haven't been able to figure out. I would like the email to go to every email address thats in a
column of another table.
anyone know a good tut for this? I haven't been able to find one.
