shuffle thumbnails in random order on page

i have a page where i have a bunch of thumbnails..like 15 going down the page.
i have 15 tables going down..each photo and name of photo is in each table box.
but everytime i refresh or visit the page..i want the pictures to shuffle or
be in different tables than they were in the last time..how would i do this??
