messing up |
| message from moelholm on 20 Jul 2004 |
I'm developing a site using templates and "DIVs" + CSS.
For a long time everything was just going fine, but somehow Dreamweaver( a
least thats what i think) han been messing round, so now its not possible for
me to see the DIVs og the CSS styles when i'm in "design mode".
Ok i CAN see the content and the code, but not the positioning of the divs.
And in the properties palette there are no styles to attatch, but still i can
do attach them manually, but if i wanted to da that i just would use notepad.
Is it a known bug, do i have to reinstall Dreamweaver, reset something.....
any solutions please, its getting kinda frustrating!
System: Pc Win2000 + DW 7.01

DW has been messing up? That's what they all say. Then they say it's a
bug. 8)
Can you show me your code, please?
By the way, attachments are discouraged for this and other Macromedia
forums, and to make matters worse, they do not carry forward from the
webforums into the NNTP forums, which is where most of the people who post
answers are visiting. If you want to broadcast your code so that everyone
can see it, the only real way is a) to paste it into a reply (not great if
there is lots of code), or b) to upload it somewhere and post a URI to it.
Be aware that if you paste voluminous quantities of code into a reply, the
code may get truncated when transferring to the NNTP forum. This can be
quite confusing to both poster, and reader. The best bet would be to upload
the page and post a URI.

It usually means "...you can't figure out why....". A very small percentage
of those turn out to be bugs.
Is this page online somewhere? I don't care about the server script. I'd
like to look at the HTML in DMX....
