javascript and screen space - extension available? |

Does anybody know of or know how to implement a javScript function that will
conditionally display a 'Back To Top' style graphic. The idea is that the
'Back To Top' graphic should only appear if the site visitor is viewing a
page that is long enough to justify the option.
The built in 'screen' object does not seem to be very helpful as it does not
deal with length or amount of content, as it deals with the monitor itself.
Is there an extension for this?
