iframe and drop-down menu problem (IE & Safari)

Hello,

http://www.signlogistics.com/projects/index.html

In Internet Explorer, the drop-down menu appears behind the iframe. In Safari,
it appears infront but it doesn't really high light.

Is there a fix for this? I saw someone had fixed this problem but didn't
provide an answer on how to fix it.
