When using css how do I make the pic I style clickable?

Add a link into the property inspector when the image is selected.

I cant select the picture. I can write on top of it etc. But since it is inserted via css, I can't select it???

It is a background image set by CSS, rather than an image with CSS
applied to it then. With you.
You can't do that.

Just a guess, but I think that you may be including the image as a
background image, in which case, it would not be clickable. If that is the
case, take the image out of the background and insert it between the <DIV>
and </DIV>
