You need a script to process the form. Have a look at your hosts' support
pages to see if they offer you the use of one, such as FormMail. That's the
place to start and then some useful info on forms can be found here:

The Boss is getting back to nature for 2 weeks in some web-forsaken area
near Reno (ie it is her yearly camping vacation). Her brother and his
family are visiting too so she has had little time available for this place
lately. I expect she'll be here in about a week - eager to kick a@@ again!
