cgi

Hello
I would like to create a thank you response to people when they submit their
e-mail addresses on my account. How would I do that? And how do I find the
cgi-bin on the server? I have the form for the submittal of the e-mail but it
won't function properly. When I submit the e-mail, I am told that the page is
not uploaded correctly. If you can I have attached the site,
http://www.kidsgroupinc.com. If you go to the bottom right you will see the
form and see that is does not function properly. Please help with my mutliple
concerns.
