Me using FireFox: Disable >> Javascript...and then I can happily select
and/or right click on anything.
It's just a silly javascript that disables the right-mouse button.
Completely pointless, and at times annoying.

Me, using Firefox with JavaScript enabled, can still happily right
click, select, etc. Seems pretty ineffective unless your only target is
IE/Windows users without a clue. ;-)

There's an extension called, oddly enough, Allow Right Click, for pretty
much any Moz-based browser. http://extensions.roachfiend.com/
