Browsing around, looking at how other people handle pulling traffic into their
sites, I found a puzzling use of keywords.
Ignoring the fact that the designer has used the name of almost every town and
city name in this part of the country in the site keywords, the use of a blank
invisible frame containing a repetition of the keyword tag and all it's content
at the end of the page is interesting. Anyone ever used this technique
themselves and is it not likely to be detected by the search engine spiders
and viewed as spamming the index?

This means that none of their competitors have complained. Send a complaint
to the SE and they will be banned, I think.
