WEIRD! Sometimes when I update a Recordset / Behavior, it deletes it?

Sometimes when I am updating a Recordset or adding a server behavior a popup
comes up and says that the Recordset or Behavior was only partially
deleted...what's up with that?

Has anyone else seen this?
