Unexpectedly Quit?

Everything was fine yesterday. Now I can't even open Dreamweaver.
I keep getting a message that the software has unexpectedly quit.
Is this a memory issue or something else?
I've attempted to open other programs without any problems.
Dreamweaver is the only thing that won't open for me.
