Hmm...just discovered that if I trash the CONFIGURATION file for DWMX, then
It boots up. Yay! No Reinstall!

better- make a copy of the Configuration folder for You as a User, and you
can use it replace the munged one later.
that way, any extensions that you like will be restored also.
you can store it in the same folder if wanted- the only one that's used is
the one named exactly "Configuration"
