Ttwo sets of links,one page, different colors?

Designing a site with a set of links at top and bottom. The text link color for
one is white and the other blue. Would like all other link attributes to be the
same for visited, rollover states, etc. I have it all set up under page
properties but obviously, it won't work with the different colors. Is there
anyway to override this?

Pseudo-classes and container styles are what you need - here are some
