Hi guys.
I would like to know if it's possible to do scrolling text in a specific part
of a webpage without having to use frames?
At the moment I have done the scrolling text bits in Flash and importing them
in Dreamweaver, but I'm worried that regular visitors to my site might see old
cached versions of the text. I'm sure there must be some kind of actionscript 2
tackle this problem but I prefer to use as little Flash as possible.
If you could help me out on this I would be really grateful. Thanks in advance!
