This is going to seem like a REALLY dumb question!

message from PalosVerdes on 18 Jul 2004
Does anyone know if I'm missing something?
For my homepage, www.snyderconcepts.com, I have noticed that when typing the
url name in the navigation bar when online, I cannot simply type
"snyderconcepts.com", but must type in the "www" preceding the name tag, so I
end up typing "www.snyderconcepts.com or I don't get the site to come up on my
browser (Explorer). Most other web pages don't require the "www" and I am at a
loss to find what I am missing!

Can anyone help me solve this dumb problem?

Thanks,
PVP

Essentially, you need to ask your host to allow http://snyderconcepts.com as
a valid.

.oO(PalosVerdes)

Depends on the DNS (domain name system) configuration. Ask your host.

You need to change the wildcard settings on your server - or get your host to do it.
