Templates don't update |

I have a template that I've made some changes to. When tries to update the files that are tied to the template in returns 0 files updated,
What's up with that? And how do I fix it?

Here are five ways to make changes not propagate from Template to child -
1. Rename the Templates folder
2. Move the Templates folder to some other folder level in the site other
than root level
3. Move a template out of the Templates folder.
4. Make changes to an editable region of the template (which will not
propagate)
5. Corrupt the site cache so that the link between template and child page
is broken
The latter problem can be repaired by using SITE | Advanced > Recreate Site
Cache, and the three others can be fixed by just not doing them. Have you
done any of those?

I haven't renamed the templates folder.
I havent' moved the templates folder.
I haven't' moved a template out of the folder.
I changed the navigation which is NOT editable on the child pages
Haven't tried to recreate site. I'll try it.

If that doesn't do the trick, then please post the code on your template
page, and tell me what you are trying to change.
