Tag Selector -Not seeing the Forest for the Trees

I'm evaluating Dreamweaver. I know its just a newbee issue but , in the create
a navigation bar tutorial after I add the nav buttons to the index page the
instruction say to click on the navbar image then select dev.logo from the tag
selector at the bottom of the screen. I don't see the tag selector or the
dev.logo tag?I'm sure I'm just not sseing the obvious?

Which tutorial?

Did you search for TagSelector in the F1 help?

bottom left margin of the Design Window is a row of html tags, from <body>
on left out to what's currently selected.
