Swap image with hotspot link? - Possible? |
| message from xMrMoox on 19 Jul 2004 |
Hey all,
I know I've posted on here before about doing swap images (like a rollover
sort of) - but is it possible to do a swap image where the new image has a
hotspot image map link? Any help would be appreciated!

Yes. But you must do it a bit differently using either a) custom javascript
to swap in the image map, or b) put the incoming image into a 'layer',
define your hotspot, hide the layer, and let your mouseover reveal the
hidden layer.

It wouldn't matter (not that you go crazy). But if you want to avoid it,
