Same problem with me ... you edit a few files and attempt to put them to the
server and find you have to upload 3500 files which you know are 99% OK. This
synchronization issue seems to have been raised frequently but no-one out there
seems to have a practical answer. Neither (rather surprisingly) does Macromedia
who seem to ignore emails with impunity about this and many other minor bugs
and issues.
