if you click on the layer or what have you - that contains the flash (or
anything for that matter) if its an image.. you'll notice that in the
properties (ctrl+F3) that there is a tool at the lower left -Map_ you can use
those little drawing tools to draw over your image and therefore insert a link

I have tried this, when you click on an image the hotspot tools are there, when you click on a flash movie they dissapear.
Any help
