Re: Limit on table or page size? Why DW4 crashing?

So the answer is, there is no answer. DW simply cannot handle a very large
table or combination of tables (more than about 17 columns/700 rows total),
even with very simple text data ("X" marks, primarily).

Perhaps Macromedia can address this in a future upgrade... It's hard to
believe I'm the only one who wants to present large amounts of data in this
fashion.

Murray, thank you for all your help.

If it were me (and it often is!), I would read that data into a database and

In addition to Murray's very valid suggestion, putting that much
information in a single page is most likely going to result in very slow
downloads and information overload for the user. You're better off
breaking it up into several smaller pages.
