Go to the Edit Menu on Windows or the Dreamweaver Menu on the Mac and choose
Preferences. In the General category check "allow multiple consective spaces".
Then you can use the space bar as many times as you like and will add the
non-breaking space code in the HTML for you. OR the keyboard shortcut is
ctrl+shift+space on Win or Cmd+shift+space on the Mac.
