posts tro get my facts straight
I posted that frames don't even show in some browsers...
He says that thats not true...
One of my home computers can't see frames (ie2)
You know... I must being seeing things... thats what it it lol... Then he goes
and posts that adding a preloader to a flash movie won't help load time... I
think he needs to get his facts straight... all I know is he's on my last nerve.

IE2 was released in about 1995. The population of users worldwide is
probably 1 (you). It's misleading, at best, to tell someone that frames are
not supported in some browsers if your intention is to alert them to a
possible failure in IE2. If you want to caution someone about browser
support, then do them the kindness of mentioning which browsers are likely
to fail and let them make the decision as to whether to press on.
Furthermore, as I suggested, if you are concerned about IE2 support, then
you have many other things to worry about, like javascript, which was not
supported in IE2.
In the scheme of things, and in my opinion, browser support and search
engine problems are not the most urgent problems with frames....
