Yes, you have to love that. Without a verified PayPal account the seller
isn't covered by PayPals seller protection. Meaning it is now even easier
for buyers to shaft the seller. You have to love a company that puts all of
these protection policies in place and then turns around and fixes it so
that no one is protected by them except the buyer.

My advice is not to accept any payments from anyone that doesn't have a
verified PayPal account and then make sure whatever you send is sent insured
and with online tracking. Plain tracking isn't good enough if their is a
claim filed and PayPals people can't access the tracking online then you
will loose the claim.

PayPal is the perfect companies to do business with if you like getting
screwed. Second only to eBay.
