Wow. That system is "bare" minimum for even XP to run smoothly. I would
agree with adding more ram - at least 512. If that doesn't help ya, guess
it's time to contact Macromedia support for assistance. Surprised your alpha
and beta geeks didn't come up with the "add ram" concept - that's a simple
one and will help in a lot of areas.
