I would have a stop button and a skip back and forward button, but firstly I would like to create an entrance similar to the web site link if any one could give me a step by step process? Thanks

if you want to find tutorials on flash, try flashkit.com and actionscript.org
(to learn about actionscript, which is the coding language that drives flash).
to learn how to use dreamweaver (which that site doesn't even use, except
maybe to center the flash movie on the page) try dwfaq.com.
