This is only my personal opinion.
It is a bit "In Your Face" mellow down the colors so it is not so Ahhhhh

Thanks for your advice guys/girls
Don't know why I used frames in the first place now you mention it.
As for the point about referring people to pages- hindsight is always 20/20- I
found that out oo late. IT's not so bad though- I can refer people to pages but
the frames surround doesn't appear.
RE: the bright red- that's another point I've been thinking about. I'll
probably get some images on the central roll overs so it'll a) look more
interesting and b) not dazzle people quite so much.

I think you did an excellent job for only having a vague idea about design.
I would still consider getting rid of the frames though ;-).
