Sorry that didnt help. Hm, something is telling WIndows 95 that it needs
special characters to view the page.

Try changing
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
to
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
