You are asking for quite a bit of help.

What does this mean? A banner ad for what?

Did you create this page? It's very strange -

<HTML><FRAMESET rows="*, 1"><FRAME
src="http://scctechnologies.com/godsgateways/" <FRAME noresize
frameborder="0" scrolling="no"
src="/images/transparent.gif"></FRAMESET><NOFRAMES><P><P><A
href="http://scctechnologies.com/godsgateways/" http://scctechnologies.com/g
odsgateways/</A></NOFRAMES></FRAMESET></HTML>

<html>
<head>
<!-- #BeginEditable "doctitle" -->
<title>myhosting.com: Park Domain Customer</title>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">

It looks like a completely unrelated page is appended to the code for this
frameset.

I mean IF somebody can help me to correct my english text of this web page then
I can offer to this person a BANNER AD on my new web site. And yes
godsgateways.com thats me who have created that web page and also I am the
owner.

I'm afraid that what you are asking would need more than a banner ad to
cover the time. After all, a banner ad could produce zero results, no?

I think you need to hire a developer to fix these pages.
