I've been getting this too! I'm using DW MX 2004. What a pain! I must be wasting two thirds of my time scrolling back through the HUGE table I'm editing every 30 seconds!

Try setting your mouse wheel to scroll 2 (TWO) or MORE lines, NOT "1"
