Problems with CSS & Safari |

I have used the 'background-repeat: repeat-y;' css style and it works fine in
both IE and NS but not Safari - can anyone tell me is Safari does support this
style and if not how I might get around it? Thanks!

I believe Safari 1.00 on Jaguar had a bug when the image was placed on
the <body> tag.
I think I also remember reading somewhere there is a workaround fix for it.
Do a google serach for 'safari background image bug' and se wht you turn up.
The follwing issues of safari sorted this issue oout, I think.
