Problem with Panther

Since I upgraded my MacOS to Panther 10.3.4, Dreamweaver does not launch
anymore. It does exactly what is described
in the HOTFIX site, ie appears to start, then quits.
I have tried the Hotfix patch but with no result.
Anybody got an idea?
