Popup Menu Won't Stay in 'Over' State

Hi folks,

I created a popup menu in Fireworks and exported into Dreamweaver. How can I
make the button that I rollover stay in the "over" state while the popup
menu shows?

Sadly, by not using those pop-up menus.
