Next Frame Behaviour

Hey,

I'm in the middle of designing a web site and could do with knowing how to get
the Dreamweaver timeline to skip to the Next Frame. Simply saying Play Timline
and having a Stop action in the next frame won't suffice. I'd be very grateful
for any help possible.
