Missing Insert Bar

Hey,
I dont know what botton I pressed, my insert bar was gone. I used it for a
long time and now its gone.
Does anyone know how to put my insert bar back?
And also, can anyone tell me how to put all my documents in the center of the
web pages?
Because all my documents layout is ugly on the web.
All of them are in the right side
