MP3's

Hi. I'm fairly new to Dreamweaver and i'm trying to make a website for a band.
On 1 of the pages I want to put some audio files each with a play, pause
button etc. I'm using the code

<embed img src="my mp3 file" width="160" height="40" controls="smallconsole"
autostart="false" autoload="false"></embed>

for each file in a table and it looks pretty good in the browser, but out of
the 3 that I've got only 1 works when I load the page and the other 2 don't
work, when I click error details I get 'Windows Media Player cannot play the
file because the required audio codec is not installed on your computer.' but
if I load the browser again a different 1 will work and the other 2 will have
that error. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
