Link to open in new window

I am trying to get a link to open in a new explorer window, and keep my index page open. Is there an easy way to do this?

Once you've set the link in the Property Inspector's Link box, select
Target: Blank in the Property Inspector.

Or use the OpenBrowserWindow behavior.
