Locked Tables? |

Hello all,
I was wondering if someone could answer a question for me about a site I'm
working on.
At my new job, when I go to pull up html files, they appear as tables, but are
locked. I haven't been able to find out why I can't move them around. I'm
used to layers, but also can't convert the tables to layers to move them around
that way. All of the menu selections in that area are grayed out. I'd like to
be able to move the tables around. Any help would be appreciated.

This is HTML 101. Tables don't move around like that unless you either put
them into something that can be positioned freely on the page like a
division (<div>) or you use CSS-positioned tables (does this really work?).
