When I first open Dreamweaver an error message reads "The local root folder
does not exist. Please select a new local root folder by clicking the manage
sites button."
I'm not sure what to do in the next screen.
When I try to open a particular file, the screen reads "contains an invalid
path"
What do I need to do to fix this problem? I am a beginner using Macromedia.

How many sites have you defined? How do you have the local site defined for
the last site on which you worked?
