Liquid Design not "collapsing"

Hi,

I'm working on a page at the moment which is not fully collapsing when resized
in a browser at 800 x 600 screen resolution. There are some tables used for
layout purposes in the Content Area of the page but they should all be set for
100%. Anybody any ideas what is preventing the middle area contracting as it
should?

I get a 'page can not be displayed' error.
