Layout absolute bottom of browser

Im constructing a page at the moment that embraces a flash movie. I would like
a image within DW that is positioned at the very bottom of the browser. Ive
design the cell so that auto stretches horizontally.

I would like to Fash movie the rest upon the top of this horizontal image and
positioned centrally.

Could anyone advise me on the best method....
