I love Macromedia

Having been sick and tired of all the trolls in this groups slagging off
Macromedia, I wish to stand up and shout my praises from the roof tops for
Macromedia. I love everything they do, and this newsgroups is yet another
stroke of genuis by the company. Building a community around your products
is brilliant..Giving users control through extensions is also brilliant.
Making me money through using their product is also brilliant.

I do have one gripe however- letting random assholes with nothing productive
to state except how they want their money back- how macromedia are the new
microsoft and how everyone of the rest of us support their arguments
anywhere near a Macromedia product in the first place. These people clearly
have too much time on their hands...I mean why dont they write a letter of
complaint directly to someone at Macromedia.. Or heaven forbid pick up the
phone to someone in support. No instead these people would rather wash their
dirty laundry in public..(because we the public care what size your
underwear is. NOT).

You wouldn't expect your car to get fixed if you went onto your
manufacturers website forum and slagged the company into the ground would
you? No normal people take that car to a garage. Comparing software
reliability to the reliability of a car is a downfall on my part. Im sorry.
I haven't seen any issue with the software that has made me think that hey
TIME TO SLAG MACROMEDIA. Generally i tend to look at the most likely cause
of the problem...a) My machine b) Me. If this proves to turn up no leads I
ask professionally. Which tends to get professional responses.

Here ends the rant.

Because your post was productive?
If you don't like people to express their views/feelings about MM here, you
should do the same. Call tech support or the sales dept and let them know
how much you love them...

FYI, the words "trolls" and "assholes" triggered this post (plus the fact
that I have nothing better to do right now)...

I love MM too.......... when they get things right. They havent in the
past and on those ocassions deserve to get slagged off for releasing
products before they have been thouroughly tested.

Market forces are at work and not the best interest of their clients.
