Insert Record behaviour generates errors. |

I have created a page to insert records into my database by creating a blank
page and then using the Record Insertion form Application Object. My only input
is to select the connection and data table , using the defaults for the
remaining items.
In each case, the page is created and displays OK, but when saved and
executed, it crashes with the following error message:
