HELP dreamweaver MX don't make link anymore ! why

Could someone help me...?
when i tryend to use the rollover box and make link this way, DM said the
javasrip met a problem...
the result on a broswer is that the mouse réact as a lik but don't go to the
URL !
i have reinstalled again dreamweaver... but the problem continue...
i noticed that sometime some links i do works, depends maybe the deep of
thestructure folder's the link aims ?

making web page without link is... :o/ could someone help...?
