Dreamweaver crashing after power outage

The power went out today just as I was starting dreamweaver. Now it
crashes in the same place that the power went off at. (first 5 seconds
after trying to open it)

I tried a system restore with no luck. My next idea is to un-install
then re-install. Any ideas before I lose my extensions

Copy the Configuration folder to a backup. Use (if you are on PC) one of
these to backup your DW sites and settings -

Uninstall, and reinstall.
