Dreamweaver Templates

message from radnurs on 15 Jul 2004
Is there a good resource out there that gives you free templates that you can
use and modify without creating them from scratch, including some graphics and
such? I have done a google search but come up with nothing very useable, only
some very generic and ugly templates.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Definitely - Gordon's are (in fact) the nicest free ones I have seen, as
does Ranjan http://www.dreamlettes.net/ . I'm embarrassed I forgot them
both!

These are not Dreamweaver templates, however. Have you actually looked at
the code on the pages?

The code on the linked page is no beauty contest winner, for sure. It would
make me a little worried about the code on the template pages. However,
having said that, and in fairness, I would say that the code on the
templates at the Macromedia site is not stellar either. Nevertheless, the
goofiness there is definitely not the same class as the goofiness on the
interspire site, in my opinion.
